  4. Create a setup phrase:

“Even though I feel [emotion] in my [body part], I deeply accept myself and choose to feel safe.”

    • Eyebrow: “This feeling is here.”

    • Side of Eye: “It’s been weighing on me.”

    • Collarbone: “I’m open to peace.”

    • Under Arm: “I don’t have to carry this alone.”

  2. Take a deep breath and check in: Has the intensity shifted?
