As a community with wellness at our core, our highest priority is our duty of care to your health, safety and well-being. Ultimately, we will do everything we can to support you in whatever you feel is best for you and your loved ones.

Opening Times: Appointments can be booked between 9am - 5pm Monday to Sunday.

Cancellation Policy

Given the ever-changing situation surrounding COVID-19 and travel restrictions many countries may still have in place, we are keeping our cancellation policy under regular review to ensure you have the flexibility you need when considering your travel plans.

Bookings

·        We would like to help you plan and book your next appointment with confidence and we have several ways to support you by offering you more flexibility to amend or cancel your booking.

·        Customers are advised to make prior reservations for all services and arrive 20 minutes before their scheduled appointment to enjoy the full duration of service.

·        We charge a booking deposit, which is later deducted off your total bill, serving as a reservation policy for the specific date/time of the service.

·        East West Center reserves the right to cancel the appointment if customer arrives 20 minutes late to their scheduled appointment time.

·        24 hour cancellation notice is required for any cancellation.

·        Deposits are NOT returned for cancellations of less than 24 hours and non-cancelled appointments (no-shows).

·        Rescheduling of appointments cannot be guaranteed, depending on the space and availability, we will do our best to accommodate you, a full refund or cancellation policy may apply.

Services

As the results of our facial and body treatment and massages varies from customer to customer depending on, among other factors, their state of physical and mental condition(s), we do not guarantee the desired or consistent outcome(s) of our treatment for our customers.

Customers are advised to respect the therapists providing the professional treatment. No “special” services are allowed and warning will be given to customers with indecent behavior. Treatment will be stopped immediately if warning is ignored and there will be no refund or compensation.

Health Conditions

It is extremely important to disclose all health information on our intake forms. Be certain to include all health conditions and special needs for each visit so that we can provide you the best possible service. Don’t forget to mention if you have any heart condition, high blood pressure, or you’re pregnant.

Please contact your doctor if you have any questions with regards to your medical condition prior to booking your appointment as some services may be contraindicated.

 

Payments

Payments in Cash /Quetzals or American USD are highly encouraged.

We accept payments from most major credit and debit cards. However, additional 5% processing fee applies. Following cards are accepted: Visa

Getting to your Appointment

You can reach us by boat or thru the road entrance. If you’re not sure exactly how to get to our place, get in touch, and we’ll help you orient in the area. Sometimes getting between towns can take an hour or more.

Children/Animals

We love kids and animals! However, due to the nature of our business, we are unable to provide services to guests who bring their pets. Babies and children are not to be left unattended at the premises. Cancellation policy will apply.

Others

East West Center accepts no responsibilities for any loss of money or valuables in the premises.

​

We created an energetically balanced wellness environment, so we advise all our guests to silent their mobile phones and other electronics in our premises, showing their understanding and respect towards other visitors and staff.
